I had a pretty good stay at Hotel Indigo Brooklyn. The location was excellent, with easy access to food and transit, but the room was quite small. The staff was friendly and accommodating, yet there were some minor issues with amenities. Overall, it was a decent experience for the price and location.

I stayed in a Queen room, and while it was on the small side, it was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great and I appreciated the mini-fridge. However, the bathroom was also small, and I noticed some design quirks like the awkwardly attached trash cans. Not having a proper comforter was a bit of a letdown too.
Service
7.0
The front desk staff were pretty friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They even upgraded my room, which was a nice touch. However, I did encounter some mixed vibes with the service - some team members were great while others were just okay.
Location

The hotel's location in Downtown Brooklyn is a major highlight for me. It’s super close to subway stops and right near plenty of shops and restaurants. I could easily explore the area and even make my way into Manhattan without a hassle.
Dining
7.0
Dining options around the hotel were solid, with lots of great food nearby. Unfortunately, I didn't take advantage of any hotel dining services, but the location definitely made it easy to grab a bite.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel had some good facilities like a laundry service, I didn’t really utilize them much. The elevators were a bit quirky, and I had one experience where it wouldn’t stop on my floor, so I ended up taking the stairs.

I had a decent stay at Hotel Indigo Brooklyn, enjoying the excellent room, especially the quietness of the two-bedroom suite. However, the area was quite loud and chaotic, and the parking situation could use improvement. Overall, it's a nice spot for easy access to Manhattan but could be better in terms of amenities and service.

Rooms
8.0
The room I stayed in, 1801, was a two-bedroom suite on the highest floor, which was excellent and quiet despite nearby construction. However, the standard room is quite small, making it hard for two people to move around comfortably.
Service
7.0
The front desk team was friendly and accommodating, especially with checking in and storing our bikes. Though, the overall service could have made me feel more special during my stay.
Location
6.0
The hotel is centrally located next to Fulton Mall, close to shops and all subway lines, making it convenient for accessing Manhattan. Unfortunately, the surrounding area was loud and crowded, which detracted from the experience.
Dining
6.0
Room service food was okay, but I found better options outside. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast included with my stay.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had some useful amenities like room service, but the ongoing construction and outdated hallways with musty smells lowered the overall impression.

I had a pretty solid stay at Hotel Indigo Brooklyn. The room was clean and spacious enough for my family, plus the location was super convenient for subway access and shopping. The only downsides were some noise from construction early in the morning and less-than-stellar customer service at the front desk, which really took a toll on the experience.

Rooms
8.0
My 2 queen room was clean and had a great-sized bathroom. Although the decor was pretty basic and the room felt a bit sterile, it was functional for our needs.
Service
6.0
The customer service from the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. They seemed irritated with my questions and overall, it was kinda unprofessional.
Location
8.0
The hotel is in a prime spot! I could walk to great food options and the subway was just steps away, making trips to Manhattan quick and easy.
Dining
8.0
I appreciated that there was a place to grab food nearby and the Brooklyn Alehouse attached to the hotel was a perfect spot for some drinks and bites.
Facilities
6.0
While there weren't a ton of amenities, the essentials like laundry and free Wi-Fi were available. They also accommodated my request for bike storage, which was a nice touch.

I recently spent 8 nights at Hotel Indigo in Brooklyn and absolutely loved it! The hotel is in a fantastic location near lots of shops and restaurants, and I always felt safe during my stay. The front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful too. However, I found the rooms to be a bit smaller than expected, which might be a concern for some travelers.

Rooms
8.0
The room was quite cozy and had a lovely decor, but it felt cramped (definitely not a lot of space to move around). It included a comfortable queen bed and had Aveda amenities in the bathroom, which I appreciated. I would recommend it for short stays, especially for one person.
Service
8.0
The service was generally good; the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. However, I did hear some mixed experiences (like someone getting rude service), but my interaction was pleasant overall.
Location

The hotel's location just off Fulton Street is ideal for shopping and quick subway access (I loved the vibrant atmosphere!). It made exploring Brooklyn so convenient.
Dining
9.0
Dining options included room service and a nice little restaurant on the ground floor. I enjoyed a delicious pizza from there which I took to the rooftop terrace for stunning city views.
Facilities

The hotel had all the necessary amenities I needed, including laundry services and safe storage for my bicycle, which I found particularly convenient.

I found Hotel Indigo Brooklyn to be a cozy spot with excellent public transportation access. The staff was responsive to our needs, fixing minor issues quickly, but I did notice some drawbacks like construction noise and issues with check-in. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, although improvements could be made in certain areas.

Rooms

My room was the right size and had good bathroom facilities, though I felt it was a bit cramped with two people and luggage. We encountered minor issues with the TV and bedside lights but they were fixed promptly by the staff.
Service
8.0
The service was commendable as the team attended to our requests quickly. I appreciated how easily they accommodated our bikes in safe storage and brought them to the lobby when asked.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, being close to Fulton Mall and numerous shops and restaurants. I found it super convenient to access all major subway lines at three stations, making it easy to explore the city.
Dining

Dining options were convenient as local jams were included, enhancing the overall experience.
